According to the information received from Visa Europe bank card data was stolen from a European data processing center, and the data of some of the bank cards issued by KDB Bank (Magyarország) Zrt. are affected. A danger of abuse of the stolen data is present.
For reasons of security, the protection of the interests of our clients, and to rule out any illegal access to the money of our clients KDB Bank (Magyarország) Zrt. has
-for a temporary period- ceased the service to use the bank card for payment.
Bank cards are still suitable for cash withdrawal from ATMs, because in this case it is guaranteed that the transaction may only be completed with the individual PIN code of the client.
Clients affected by the measures will individually be notified as soon as possible via SMS and NetBank, or via postage letter in the absence of the above possibilities.
Please be informed that the data of the bank cards was not leaked from the database of KDB Bank (Magyarország) Zrt., and all data managed by KDB Bank (Magyarország) Zrt. remains completely safe.

Article 200/B. of the Act CXII of 1996 on Credit Institutions and Financial Enterprises (hereinafter: Hpt.) allowed the one-off repayment of the foreign currency based loan contracts at fixed exchange rate which were made with a consumer and secured by mortgage on a residential property.
 
According to the modification of article 200/B of Hpt. entered into force on October 15, 2011 the one-off repayment of loans repayable in the foreign currency at fixed exchange rate is possible, also KDB Bank (Hungary) Ltd. accept the related client applications from today.Please, turn to any of our branches for further information.

Please be informed that from August, 2010 the due date of interest after used credit-line is to be changed. In what follows debit of due interest will be made on the 12th day of given month – or in case it is not a banking day, the next banking day. In order to switch-over in a favourable and comfortable way our Bank will collect the interest amount due on the period between last banking day of July and August, 2010 on 13th September, 2010 (as 12th September, 2010 falls on not-banking day) together with interest amount due on the period between last banking day of August, 2010 and 13th September, 2010.
