We are pleased to inform you that our internet banking (KDB NetBank) and the installed corporate client program (KDB PC Kontakt) solutions have been renewed.

  • you have any problem with the upgrade of V5.00 PC Kontakt client program to V7.00, or with the installation, if you need technical support, or

Renewing KDB NetBank and PC Kontakt installed client program services

Dear Client,

We are pleased to inform you that our internet banking (KDB NetBank) and the installed client program (KDB PC Kontakt) solutions are to be renewed soon.

About the exact date and time of the launch of renewed services (henceforth: transposition) and its process, the start and end time of possible outages, another message will be sent at least 3 days prior to the transposition. Please give special attention to your mailbox in NetBank/PC Kontakt and our homepage.

Most important issues in regards to new services and changes in usage are summarized, click here to read it. Please review our letter very carefully and in case of any arising question turn to the Call Center or your relationship manager.
